I'd Go with a string loop.

You're welcome fishaholic.A string D loop is the way to go, they are only a buck or two and my experience was Sportsmans set it up on my bow I had brought in, for free...

I would put a d-loop on the bow.  Get rid of the extra weight from that hunk of metal.
