Points only, plus unsuccessful on OIL sheep and goat.  OTC archery on deer/elk as usual for OR in my favorite spot.

Oregon is brutal on non-residents. Congrats to anyone who drew.

3 zeros for me, basically buying points still, 17 elk & lope, 12 deer.  Been a long haul waiting for an OR Blues bull tag.  My wife calls it my "million dollar elk tag" when I someday get drawn  :chuckle:

Fireguy how many points did that take you to draw???
I was going to give up in Oregon, but I have put 14 points now. I'm with in like 10 years of drawing a tag. Maybe less  :chuckle:

Saw lots of elk and quite a few branch bulls a month ago when I was hunting bears in Chesnim.  Should be a great hunt for you guys!

My son and I drew Owyhee pronghorn tags. He hasn't had much time to hunt while in college, so really excited for this hunt.  His first antelope hunt, so getting him a nice buck will be my priority!

My friend Julie drew an E. John Day River #1 sheep tag.  I'll go along on her hunt, with camera in hand.  2nd year in a row I get to go on an Oregon sheep hunt with a lady!  43rd unsuccessful year of applying for an Oregon sheep tag for me.   :bash:

Oregons sheep draw is jacked up, no points and anyone can apply, talk about a crapshoot. The least they could do is make people front the money to apply
