King County, looking for shootin' buddy.
« on: September 02, 2015, 08:35:20 PM »
Hey there, I'm Billy. Just got out of the army, moved to washington from Florida and I'm looking for some people to hang out with. I just picked up an Rock River LAR-15 and I'm trying to find some fun places to go shoot cans, or whatever. I'm 27.

I live in Kent, don't mind driving. I've been looking at Yelp for ranges but most of them have terrible reviews save for the Seattle Police Athletics club, or whatever.

Yeah, I'm loving it. Weather's a little different but I have really enjoyed the camping and hiking out here. It's a beautiful state.

I'm in Graham, and work on JBLM.  Have you checked out the range on E. Gate Road of JBLM?

Yeah, man.  That would be cool.  If you put something together, PM me.  I'll see if I can make it.

I'm up for whatever and I'm free pretty much any time until school starts on the 21st. I'm bad at organizing get togethers. Anyone have any ideas on where to shoot?

Heading out to Tacoma Sportsman's club this saturday at around 1400 if anyone's interested! It goes out to 200 meters at the rifle range, but last time I went we werent allowed to shoot the 200 meters? Don't understand why. I was getting rounds on paper before they told us to stop, though   :IBCOOL:
Come say hi!

Tacoma sportsman club closes the 200 yd part of range if the fog or other weather makes it unsafe.  Don't want to accidentally shoot someone wandering around or a stray animal. :bdid:
