Best day fishing
« on: November 23, 2015, 11:05:30 AM »
A couple of months ago our Daughter and son in law moved up to Washington from Colorado. The best part is getting to hang out with the grand kids. This is Roman and he loves to fish. They live on a lake about 1/4 mile from us. The wife and I decided to skip work and take Roman fishing for a few hours while they worked at the campground. No fish were caught as the water was cold and the bass had lock jaw. We fished hard for about 20 min then skipped rocks, dug worms, found shells, watched the cows, splashed in mud puddles. All in all it was the best day fishing ever

Nice.  Glad to see he's got a "real" fishing rod instead of those short hard to cast kid's rods.
