Boykins are great dogs!  Hunt forever, great family dog.  Big heart.  No slobber and very little shedding.

A friend had two of them.  Doubt he'll find one either at the pound or inexpensive though.

Petfinder is another very searchable database for dogs in rescue/shelters.  However take the mixed breeds with a grain of salt because plenty of mixes are mis classified.  There are quite a few purebreds on there and then you can find linked to purebred groups that rehome dogs.  I used to be part of that network.
