Mt Eleanor Hike
« on: July 04, 2016, 08:17:47 PM »
I took these photos when hiking Mt Eleanor on 6/28. I accidently came within about 5 yards of the goats when I rounded a corner. I was able to get a couple of good shots. Keep in mind they are with my cell phone. I was able to get my mountain goat fix :)

I also added a photo of the peak that was across the way from where I was standing. I swear the top of the mountain looks like a man's face.

Mount Washington?

Ellinor trail is a nice hike, they removed a couple of the problem goats after that man was gored and died.

If you get the chance, take the Flapjacks lake trail out of staircase. It one of my favorite hikes.
