I have the Shooters Ridge bi-pod and the same thing happened to me in Montana in 2007. When I returned, I e-mailed the company and just asked if they would send me a couple of new pins, nuts and washers so I could fix the one I had and have a spare to put in my pack. About a month later after not hearing a thing from them I got a package in the mail with a complete new bi-pod. That is very good support from a company in my book. |
