My first rifle was a used Winchester 88 .308 with a 4x leupold. I bought it with my life savings at age 12 for $200 in 1980. I hunted with that rifle for 20 years. I took many deer and elk. My nephew got his first deer with it. Amazingly accurate. I have never adjusted the scope. It has been sitting in the gun safe for several years now untouched. I plan to have it re-blued and the stock refinished. |
