I quit going to Schwab a long time ago.i go to discount tire now and they are top notch
I've always used les Schwab and never had an issue. I never go with their generic brand though, always the toyos. I've never had an issue with them, have always out 20-30k more miles than they are rated for. Their service has always been great. This is out of the north bend shop anyhow. The one in my town is ok as well. Used them a few times and they were great. Sorry for your bad luck

Had airbags put on the Chevy for $400 a few months before... Had brakes dome for $700 a month before that Two of their wheels cracked in two weeks and they wont do anything but tell me I need to buy new wheels?
Two Schwab wheels cracked. Bought a new one for $214 12 days ago. They wouldn't give me a warranty. In Montana at a field trial yesterday and another wheel cracked. The wheels were put on by the previous owner so Schwab has told me to take a hike. Whatever you do, never buy anything from Schwab. They sell Chinese crap and their warranty is crap.
