I'd reccomend going with moa marked dials over the custom load ones, especially if you hunt different areas or times of the year and extended range is a possibility.
The custom load dials are too limiting imo.
There are lots of free or cheap apps you can get for your phone to calculate the drop for you. Plus you can get a weather meter for not much more than the custom dial costs.
+1 weather day to day can drastically change drop if you are looking to start long range shooting. Custom turrets are cool and may be fine 0-300yrds, as there is less time for atmospheric conditions to alter bullet flight, but when you start reaching out you need to be using relative conditions versus your control data from practice.
Strelok is a free app you put in your smart phone. Go out and have a good practice session. Enter your gun, and bullet info, velocities and weather data for that session and save them all. When you are out hunting or at a different location you just pull up the app, input current weather data and hit calculate, it will tell you exactly the drop you should see as well as your MIL/MOA adjustment to compensate on your scope.
