Idaho 2017 tag sales

When can non-residents purchase OTC elk tags for Idaho? I just did a quick scan through the website and didn't see any info yet. I very easily could have missed it.

Started in December. Its there, look at licensing then find non resident tag quota.

They used to sell out in the first few weeks. Now they struggle to sell them all.
