peep sight or tubing?

Shoot a peep and if it turns on you just shoot the bull anyway. I did and it was a 5x7.

Never had a tube break as long as it was replaced with a new one the week before season. Never had one pull off while hunting.  Never had a peep that I couldn't see thru as long as  tube was attached.  Have had a un-tubed peep not line up at the moment of truth (300 class 5x5) despite lining up every time for 500+ shots prior, I will never, ever not have a tube attached to my peep.  25+ years of hunting and despite my use of custom strings exclusively, you will never see my bow without a tube attached to the peep.

I got rid of the noisy tubing, don't use a D-loop to keep my string from twisting, and went with a "no-peep" alignment aid.  I love it, I draw, reference the no peep, then take the shot.  It was a bit hard to get it set up but I really like it as I can draw, line up my sights and then take a quick glance to make sure I am in correct position.  I left my peep in while setting up the no-peep so I could get it set close to where I was normally shooting.

Although I understand the purpose a peep serves, I've never had a bow setup with any type of peep on it. Seems like the thing to do though.
