I was curious do you need to move your peep sight if you start using a single pin sight?

Thanks that's what I've always thought but then seen Levi Morgan talking about adjusting his for different yardage depending on what type of distances for certain shoots he was going to and that got me thinking.

He set peep height for what the average range he will shot. Longer average shots he set the peep higher for a lower anchor point.
