Quick question about forum.

Just curious what the little colored squares above the avatars signify?
I notice there can be different number of them and different colors.

I looked around the site trying to find an explanation but struck out.

Not sure I should talk to someone with as many strikes as you. Gotta avoid the ole guilt by association. 
I'm sure there's a pretty mundane answer, but it's starting to be that itch you can't scratch.

Ha....I hadn't even noted how many I had. Guess I should be gone by now

If the square color is green, it indicates that member is currently online.  If it is yellow, it shows that they are logged off.

That is how I understand it anyway.

Different squares.
You and I have a single yellow square over our avatars. Quadfire has 5 yellow squares over his.
I've noticed some people have blue and others have red.

Doesn't seem to have anything to do with join date, post count, or trade count.

Red is adminisrater, blue is moderator, and yellow is regular members.

Then the number of boxes is related to coolness factor. Notice I have 5 and Seahawk only 1. Just sayin

Yellow stars are based on your post count and member group, mods are 5 blue, and admin are 5 Red
