It's here
« on: September 08, 2017, 07:26:33 AM »
Thousands of arrows flung down range, over a hundred miles on the boots, countless hours analyzing every drainage in plans A thru K, packing, repacking and wondering what the smoke and fires are doing. But it's here.  To those hitting the woods - good luck and be safe.

Late night of work, short sleep, and then a 2-3 hr drive. Going into a totally new area blind (wife put the kybosh on scouted areas being right next to the fires), but gonna do it anyways because, well why not? cant ever get anything if you dont try. Heres hoping for a huge stroke of luck!

 Good luck to all!

If anyone is hunting WeyCo Land and specifically around Raymond/Cosi area, and needs help with a haul/pack out, let me know. I will be down all weekend walking and looking.  Shoot me a PM.

Good luck!!!

Jumped 4 cows, but sadly they were faster than i was on the draw. Saw nothing the rest of the day, other than an owl dive bombing me (have vid on phone). Wasnt a bad day until the truck ate a wheel bearing coming back, so that killed sunday.
Anyone have any luck in this thread?

Had an eventful weekend.  Total was 4 bulls seen but couldn't get inside 75 yards, one called in to about 30 yards but not seen, and one that we had bugling but mysteriously disappeared and shut up as we closed the distance.  Back to work until next weekend.
