wolves and cougar in the Methow valley
« on: October 28, 2017, 06:05:15 PM »
I was just thinking as I was here resizing some 223 rem casings for a new 50 gr bullet load for my coyote rifle. Now that the methow deer heard is been decimated what are all of the poor wolves and cougar going to feeding on this winter? Do you think they might move on the domesticated livestock closer to town or will they move out to greener pastures?

They already prey on local livestock. Young guy in our camp killed a cougar in Boulder Canyon last Sunday. A local rancher who packs hunters up Ramsey/Perrygine said that saved him several calves.
If man was not supposed to eat animals, God wouldn't have made them out of meat.
