daddyelk,
Roughly 13lbs unloaded

Campmeat,
I think it's a pretty good setup,. I was surprised how soft shooting it is, feels like a 8lb 5.56. I loaded up 60 rounds of test groups with Berger 140s with IMR 4831  and was impressed with how it shot. Was grouping 1"-1 1/2" @ 100 with 10 shot groups loaded .5 grains apart. That was without playing with seating depth, no ladder testing, and using a powder that's pretty slow for the cartridge and barrel length. A powder like h4350 or maybe even as fast as varget should bring the ES way down and get better velocity in a 20" tube.

Thanks. I've always wanted a 6.5 CM in an AR 10. I loaded my bolt gun with Varget, but never checked any tests. Just shot it. Plus, I have 5 lbs of Varget... Thanks for the info.

Round count?
We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.
