Per your article, that's a v6 car you're referring to with your 1/4 mile time. The 392 car is 485hp, 12.5 second 1/4 mile and 0-60 in 4.2 seconds. Not too shabby, especially for the price.
If you want a really fast Challenger, buy a Demon. A factory 800hp car that is illegal at NHRA sanctioned races.

It starts at $61k, it's a half second faster 0-60 and a second faster than the TA392 and it's $20k more. If you want to compare dollar for dollar, compare the $64k Hellcat and the Dodge wins from a performance standpoint.
