Skyval. I agree with you and yes he has had one on. As a trainer though, if you want to impress me show me what your dog can do with out a collar on. When we send a dog home I want to show that the dog has been trained not conditioned to a collar. One thing I can't stand is you see someone post a great picture of a dog on point or something else spectacular and there is electronics hanging off its neck or worse yet their groin. That picture means nothing to me. When I hunt and guide my Pointers and Short Hairs they are collared. When I hunt my Springers or Poodle they are not because of the cover I hunt them in. And no I do not chase them or run after them they must listen and stay in gun range.
