My buddies wife drew the Rifle tag for the second time there,

My brother. Is pretty diasbled  due to multiple shoulder issues . My plan is to hold his caps in till I see a shooter.

I might have missed it, is this a self control issue?  Either he has none or you want it.

A guy I know drew the tag several years ago for muzzy and made book. Afterward he said 2 things...I saw two bucks..both big and got one. He also said get permission to hunt private.

I heard all the bucks were slaughtered last year and theres no more bucks left......not sure I wouldve applied for this unit, better just not come and I'll go and check out the areas abysmal herd.....
