Wow I didn't realize that this was actually a thing. I posted that I bought some from Wally world but usually I use cheap bed sheets to wrap them and I've never had a problem. I guess to each their own but it's whatever I find that works for me. I'm not that picky... Sometimes I use nothing when it's late enough in the year and I let my meat hang 4-7 days depending... Only found eggs once I believe in the tallow layers along the stomach opening... |
