Made another batch today for pull pork.

I used this for the bourbon. I liked this batch better.

I went to Fred Myers for "Pepper Perfect Apple Cider Vinigar" and they didn't have any, what other Apple Cider Vinigar should be substituted?
I would like to make a batch up this afternoon.

Yeah I haven’t been able to find it either. I used basic apple cider vinegar and added some black pepper.

That probably what I will do.
