A wolf was euthanized after attacking a camper early Friday morning in Banff National park, in what federal officials and a wildlife biologist call an unusual incident.The camper was inside a tent at Rampart Creek campground on the Icefields Parkway when the attack happened around 1 a.m.The camper’s hand and arm were injured. After reporting the incident, the camper was transferred to hospital.Parks Canada said in a statement that no significant wildlife attractants or food were found inside the tent or the immediate vicinity.

To be fair, the camper was likely old and injured. Wolves are nature's cleaners.

I read it was a family that was attacked- a man in his 30's was injured, was camping with wife and two younger kids.He was injured protecting his family, the wolf attacked through their tent in the night while they were sleeping.
Oh, but they through everyone a carrot .... a bear in August, or two of them. That shows us hunters they are listening right, or they are managing predators better.
