Caribou Stew

Ray:
Ingredients
* One Bell Pepper
* One white onion
* dried red chili pepper
* black pepper
* salt
* canola oil
* 2 lbs Caribou meat (or whatever else)

How we cooked it

* Cut the meat into small thin strips
* In a pot with the canola oil fry the meat for about 5 minutes until it is beige in color
* Add water, bell pepper, onion, dried red chili pepper, black pepper, salt
* Slowly cook for another 40 minutes
