Nice work. Spot and stalk or ground blind?

Both our bucks were spot and stock. So hard to do in open country like that. Dad got real close and shot his at 30 yards. I had to shoot mine at 62 because I ran out of terrain to hide in.

2 days left hoping to add this monster eastern Wa. buck to this list before he goes nocturnal    Any guesses on score ? Doesn't really matter he would go up front on my trophy wall.

    Guess mods can move this to trail cam pics  had him at 70 yrds decided to pass  lets hope he will make it another year or 2 and grow to full masher status  lol

Not the trophy shot I wanted, but a blessing none-the-less.  This little fella decided his short life had been long enough, and jumped out of the brush into my left rear fender.  I was braking hard so not sure how fast I was going on impact, but there's a grapefruit-sized dent in my bumper (thank God it wasn't worse...) and almost no meat loss.  He was dead on impact and had nothing but a broken front shoulder and a little bruising on one of the hams, so I guess it was a headshot on my bumper 

Walking away with 20-ish lbs of finished meat.  Soooo cheers to 2019 game meat in the freezer!
