I scheduled a fishing trip and we all three of us just realized we will be heading home from lake Roosevelt Sunday evening lol oh well. We will probably be doing fast food. |

Elk chili, topped with chopped sweet onions and a handful of shredded sharp cheddar, and, a big pan of honey cornbread. I think Mrs. Wapiti is pondering some finger snacks (Queso dip n; chips, sliced veggies n' cream cheese, not sure?). |

I think I might do a moose roast on the Traeger or maybe moose burgers as they are a favorite with my wife and son. |
