I sent a small bear in this fall and got it back recently. It turned out great.
What did I do for prep?
I fleshed it, removed cartilage from ears, removed foot pads. You could leave the pads on but they need to be fleshed and that is a pain. I left the toe pads on and they are hard when done.
After fleshing I tacked it out on a sheet of plywood and dried it. Folded it up and shipped it.

How much did Moyle charge you to tan it?
