Pretty natural, right ?     Not only are they protecting them but they are supplementing them with pen raised extras.   Where has common sense gone ?

If "common sense" were involved there would have never been an illegal wolf introduction and the false breeding of a fake Mexican grey wolf. The whole set up all the way around, has been corrupt from the get go.
