WapitiTalk1:

The guide kept control of the situation and acted when he had too, decisively and equally as important.... accurately. I think he deserves a great tip  ;).  That'll wake ya up in the morning!

Who fills the tag when a Guide puts it down during a charge, honest question   :dunno:

I have seen a few videos where a Griz charges after being hit with an arrow, that does not kill it and the guide has to put it down.
That guide did well, I can imagine what he must have been thinking when the client missed his first shot at what 15 yards?

Pretty amazing how the fat sealed up that hole and looks like hardly any blood out of it.

Was that a cub in the background at about 1:14?

Good question must be a rule that guide can put it down and still be tagged by the hunter. I didn't notice that the first arrow missed. I though it was low and back thus not very lethal of a shot.
