I know I'm whining but it's pretty sad that it takes this long to draw 2 categories.  This can be done in excel in no time!  Rant over.

They look through every single application to make sure everything is correct. It’s not like finding out in a few days changes anything :twocents:

I wish they would just have set dates.  Take the guessing out of it.  Apps are due this date, drawing is this date, results posted this date.  No speculating, whining, or guessing.

I as well as I'm sure others are awaiting the results so we can put in our time off requests at work.

They could say April 30th rather than in April but then everyone would be even more pissed off that they hold onto the information if they have it ready early.  By saying April it gives them the flexibility to release the info as soon as it is ready.

I went back through my email and notification was on these dates in the last few years so I would expect it this week.

I checked at lunch and had the "Oh Deer" message again. Could be we all logged in at lunch looking to see if the results were out.

Not that it really matters but what actually is there to verify? I understand with regular draws and making sure all the options and all that but with multi, you are either in or out...  Not asking you specifically just one of those that makes me wonder.

Just based on how many calls and emails they get on the final day/night of the regular draws I would imagine there are way more last minute emails and phone calls with the multiseason draw just because it always seems to sneak up on people with it being so much earlier than anything else. Plus it is a super busy time for WDFW as they are finalizing hunting regs for the upcoming season.

Just my guess and I have no real inside knowledge.

Official hunting regulations are not approved, in print or available for you to make hunt choices about yet, there really is no need to rush these results out there.
