Yea they ordered too much and it was close dated, went straight into the freezer. Told the wife this AM that it cost me 12.5 cents to feed her breakfast...LOL |

I've been close to the flavor with home cured and smoked, but can't replicate the crisp without a slicer. That's a good haul. |

great deal and I love the idea of grinding it up! I'm also a bacon snob of sorts, I'll eat it all, but the wife knows to buy thick cut pepper bacon from the butcher. |
