 :yeah: too clever by half to call them non motorized. I get the incentive to do so by the people who have found a loophole to easier access but that doesn't make it right or even logical.

:yeah:  I am all for ebikes on motorized trails and am all for them paying for ORV tabs to help maintain those trails.  I am 100% against motorized ebikes on non motorized trails for a ton of reasons.  With that said if they do legalize a motorized ebike on a non motorized trail I will probably get one and use it.

how is thinking a motorized vehicle should be treated as a motorized vehicle hate  :dunno: They are motorized. Simple as that. Yes I've ridden them fyi.
