"Bob" is a handsome 15 hand 16 year old grade bay quarter horse gelding with solid hooves and a kind eye. He would make an ideal trail or ranch horse, and knows all basic ground work and has good manners. Used to being alone or pastures well with other horses. From the ground Bob is quiet and gentle enough for beginners to groom and love on him. He is an easy keeper, has no known vices, stands nicely tied, loads and unloads easily, good for the farrier and has a sweet personality. He might even make a decent mountain or pack horse, with his gentle accepting demeanor.
Bob is best suited for an advanced rider. In 2021 he had 30 days of consistent training and excelled, ridden all over and handled everything like a gentleman. Experienced riders have ridden him with ease around the arena and on short trail rides around the property. The current owners are kind, novice equestrians who want the best for Bob and know he'll be someone's next best friend.
Up to date on deworming & vaccinations, hooves trimmed regularly, and had teeth floated in 2021.
