this actually has me really exited, if this many roads are washed out that just opens up more hunting opportunity for me, come on November

i dont remember the road #, but what about the road that goes up davis mt, in between randle and packwood. i know it washed out 2 years ago, but they made a road around it because there is a house up there.. i dont know if there are other washout beyond that or not. might be worth a try though.

I might just need to find some spots up there that aren't quite as far in. I'm all about going for a hike, but I'm limited to day hunts. If I were able to hike in and set up a camp it would be different. Plus I usually end up going alone, and being 10 miles back during the unpredictable October weather sounds like a recipe for disater.
