Not that I have seen and it the local news made it sounds as if he was waiting for a few other bills to hit his desk first.   If this is the case, I imagine it will be by the end of the week at the latest.

Rumor is he's combining it with a signing of 1143 (permit to purchase) and 5078 (industry liability), might do a special ceremony. Heck, some people think he's waiting for a mass shooting to occur somewhere in the US and then will sign them all in a grand statement ceremony....
