Never owned one but shot one of a buddies quite a bit, was a nice shooting bow compared to Bear bows of old. His did have a funky noise at the end of the draw cycle when the string stop came around and hit the string, made a "toink" sound. If I remember right the serving on the sting was getting pretty worn in the same area. For about the same price I would look at the Mission bows, Hoyt Hawk series or the Diamond line. I hear through the grapevine that Hoyt will be releasing some new economical bows in July. Maybe Hoytstaffshooter can confirm that rumor. |

I shoot a 2008 Truth 2 and I like it. I think I'm going to buy a Mathews next year though. |
