This year, going through thousands of photos trying to put a book together.

I wanted to do some astrophotography, but this winter has been especially overcast.

I try to get in to Mt. Rainier for some backcountry skiing and snow shoeing, when they have
the road open. Last year, they were only open on Sat and Sun which was bull s#!+.
This year Fri-Tuesday but they make the call on the day of. If it snows a couple inches your screwed!
In the mean time I spend my week days At Crystal Mtn skiing. 83 days last year.
El Nino is killing us this year!

Trap shooting leagues are starting up next weekend. ( Spokesmen, Camas Prairie) Most local gun clubs participate in one or the other or both. Lots of fish to catch. Go watch the Spokane Chiefs games, the Braves games are also fun.

I envy those who have enough free time that you need to keep yourself entertained during the winter  :chuckle: :chuckle: seems like the project list just keeps growing and there’s never enough time. Used to do a ton of shooting and load development during the winter but that’s been few and far between lately

My goal this winter is to get my garage organized and turned into a home gym/hunting and fishing cave. I’ve started on it but haven’t gotten too far yet.
Also I’d like to spend some more time figuring out some winter fishing that doesn’t include steelhead. I used to tie some flies but quit it because it didn’t have enough time for the hobbies I had, nevermind adding more…so I trimmed down on the list of hobbies I was half participating in in hopes of increasing time for other stuff.

Is there any good white fishing around over there?

I think the argument could be made that actual steelhead fishing anymore doesn't include steelhead.
:chuckle: but only sort of .

I think I’d have to go east, which I’m not opposed to. It’s more a matter of figuring out time and where to go.
