Where to find hunting mentors/etc in western wa (archery)

ASHQUACK:
Check out the 1st hunt foundation. They have mentors all over the state. I'm one and in Shelton. Get on their website and sign up, then reach out to a mentor. We all volunteer to help new hunters and there are several female mentors as well.

Clearcut:
Archery club probably best bet. Probably safest to start in a group environment for you to feel comfortable or archery shop where customer service would be more 1 on 1

I'm in  Vancouver. If you're near you'd like to meet up for a beer, message me. I'm cautious about hunting with anyone I don't know because I've been screwed by people just wanting to see my honey holes.
