What an awesome trip to take, my friend. Are you going to add these hunts to your client offerings?

I have been offering to clients for several years but I finally able to go unfortunately the price is slowly going up but it’s affordable trust me I am not rich by no means but it’s cheaper than Canada

Anyone eat their ox? How did it taste?

Where I hunted the Inuits keep the meat for making jerky. However we ate it a couple times and I really enjoyed the flavor. It was a bit chewy, she diced it up in i/2 inch cubes with fried potatoes with some peppers and onions, it was very tasty.

I don't know if you could bring meat home from Greenland? Most offshore countries you cannot bring back meat due to USDA restrictions to prevent disease introduction.

I am convinced that back strap and tenderloin are fantastic on any animal lol it was really good they grinded up a hind quarter and made it into a hamburger patty which was good but had an aftertaste that was weird but they also didn’t add fat to it either

What’s a hunt like that cost? Sounds like a blast.

Due to Greenland getting popular the price goes up every year but I would guess now being from $5500-$6500 give or take the euro then the caribou Muskox combo is $8500-$9500 and this is the Central barren ground caribou so it’s part of the NA 29 anything southern end of Greenland is a reindeer from Norway so obviously it doesn’t count

That's actually a pretty good price as compared to Canada.
