Definitely has his summer coat on. That red color will change as its gets it’s winter coat.

Agreed. I at first thought it could be the young age of the wolf that explains the red color. Then, later thought it might be a wolf X coyote hybrid cross. I'm no trained biologist so I be brutally honest, I really don't know. I captured 30 seconds of great video of this animal. I wish I could learn to compress the video down to the file size limitation on this site. It's really interesting to watch the behaviors. Still images are fine, but video -I'm learning- really captures more behaviors.

Thank You for the advice and suggestion. I'll give it a try. My Browning cams take high quality 30 second to one minute videos. The downside is large files in the 25MB size. First world problems! Gotta love it.
