I ended up just doing a euro mount. Thought y'all might want to check it out. By the way, Kapowsin did send WDFW officers out to my house to get the key. I had already sent it back to them but they must have misplaced it. The officers have a MOU with them to do their private bidding. I asked the officer if he was familiar with their rules, and he said that of course he was familiar as that was his job. I asked him if I broke any rules or was in any sort of trouble. He said I was not, and that they were in the process of modifying their rules now. |
