That’s all I’m really trying to say. Maybe not best way to try and explain it but pretty easy to just ask. :dunno: If you know the quality of bulls there then you most likely know it’s pretty wild to me not even inquire on a raffle or governor’s tag. |

My guess is that you may have been near one of the independently owned sections of land within the Hankcock management area. And a bull like that was likely on the target list for one of the individual owners who get the ability to hunt their land every year as I understand it without drawing Handcocks bull permits. Congratulations you shot a heck of a bull and I agree you didn’t do anything wrong. However the land owners with money are the ones with the power. |
