Tons of variables depending on the gun smith and parts. Some (like Rbros) have completed rifles you can purchase today.
I typically spend 3-9 months acquiring as many of the parts on sale as possible. Then I reach out to my gunsmith to get in line and depending on how many rifles he has in front of me, will have a completed gun in the next one to six months. I'm currently 3 months in on the waitlist right now to have a 7 PRC completed. When I drop off my parts I'll confirm if I can post his info here. He does great work, but went part time due to the politics in this state and seems to be scaling back the jobs he is accepting.

Don't have that caliber but it should be a tack driver.
