The only complaints came from out of state hunters --- End quote --- I actually kinda enjoyed the old system, it was like a holiday to me, I called it “nonresident tears day”. Now it’s apparently going to be around January 6th every year no offense to any nonresidents who come to hunt here, I’m a nonresident in 49 other states, but when I don’t draw a tag I don’t whine and complain until they change things because I think it will make it better for me.
