Holy smokes, I'm trying to figure out what to do with one tree of Gravensteins.  That's a dang beautiful orchard.

I'm not sure what my variety is, they're rather small (partly they need to be thinned more), but made an apple crumble the other night that was delish.

Crazy thing is i’ve been watching them grow for over two years now! Hopefully they get big and go populate our mulies in our area. Can’t see myself harvesting them  :'(
