Good idea and nifty little stand. To answer your question id say $40-50 if I was going to buy one. You may be able to get more for them commercially, especially if all painted or dipped.
Shipping as one piece may be pricy and impact your bottom line or hurt sales.Possibly breaking down to fit in a larger tube or standard flat rate shipping box may make it worthwhile.
Good luck on garnering interest and let's see that finished prototype when cup holders are installed!

I figured it was not going to be cheap with all those fittings. But it’s durable, and will last a long time if not left out in the elements, as one time build it would be worth the cost for a do it yourself project.

Measure all your pieces and create a cut list, put them and the fittings in a professional looking format, maybe on a few slides in a PowerPoint on how it goes together with a full buy list and sell the plans for $15.
I doubt anyone is going to pay you anywhere near or over $100 for a pvc stand, but selling the plans could make you some money.
