Several years back I froze a bunch of pink salmon, had a bunch leftover the next year so I thawed and canned it. It took me 3 years to go through those cans and it was just fine. By the third year, I was the only one in the family that would eat it, but waste not want not. |

Should be good to go. I've ate 3yo salmon & tuna and 5yo deer without issue if we'll sealed and ring rust free. |
