I like the idea as a way to get a deadhead, just dont want to see someone get in trouble for not knowing salvage rules. |

Doesn't hurt to ask, and then it would be totally on the up and up... |

In general it's better to take meat bucks than meat does, it makes no difference in the end whether the antlers go on your wall or in the trash. And if you're hypothetically hunting an APR unit then you don't have a choice in the matter, you're required to take the antlers whether you want them or not. |
