Pound for pound, dollar for dollar, I'd rather have bison than beef, but.......... This seems it may be a bit more fair chase, but I dunno. Folks drop this kinda coin for for a variety of big game. |

Good point, I have heard bison is overall better meat than beef. I guess my concern was toughness. I would like a variety of cuts. That would be alot of ground bison if it was tough.
