I've used cable and chain, even snowmobile belts. Just depends if I'm hanging off a rock cliff , tree, or a pipe A frame. Sounds like fun |

Decommissioned fire supply hose cut into strips. Holds up very well and will take a lot of rounds before it give up the ghost. I use case hardened bolts with large washers and a spacer (extra nuts) behind the target and before the hose / strap to allow the target to hang at an angle. Helps deflect all bullets straight down. I dig a pit under the target to bare dirt to cut down on risk of fire. |

Ended up with going with chain and lag bolting to trees. 1 gong up yesterday- 2 more to go |
